We produce an extensive range of dimensions and edge finishes in all qualities of stainless steel on numerous strip machines, using cold- and hot-rolled wide strips (stainless steel coils).
We provide the largest capability in coiled finishes in Europe. These are achieved using multiple separator coiling machines, on which up to 20 coils can be wound at once.
Slit strips made of rust-free stainless steel are straightened and lengthened on our bar straightening units to produce bar or sheet steel to DIN or EN standard.
Depending on the finish and the dimensions, the cut edges of the stainless steel strips can be mechanically processed either in a procedure on our long parts machine or subsequently on our special rounding and rolling machines.
Precision strip produced on special rollers. We manufacture using precision strips of selected stainless steel qualities, soft ferritic, austenitic and martensitic material, plus hard-strengthened, e. g. 1,430 1 / 1,431 0, according to your requirements, in various dimensions and edge finishes.
